High Quality Staff

The people who work for Brown Clee Care are the life-blood of our service. Every person is individually interviewed by a senior member of the team.

References are checked ( incl. previous employers) and checks  are made with the Criminal Records Bureau. Each carer undergoes comprehensive Induction, Orientation and Manual Handling training courses. and they are all working towards or have achieved NVQ Care Qualifications.

All carers need to be of the right temperment and attitude in the first place and we then train, monitor and supervise closely and effectively.

However the most important fact is that we only deliver to the level of care that we would expect for our own elderly or disabled relatives. That way we know we have got it right!
