Our Registered Manager Ffion is also a registered Nurse with over 30 years nursing experience. Over the years Ffion has worked in the NHS and with several large companies providing Complex and Personal care to clients, with the client at the heart of everything we set out to do.

Every carer is interviewed by Ffion to ensure that each carer meets the standards we set ourselves allowing us to provide the very best in home based care for you.

Our staff are the life-blood of our service.
They are well presented, reliable and honest. They are encouraged to achieve care qualifications and will be provided with the necessary training to provide the high standard of care expected of them. References are checked (including previous employers) and checks are made with the Disclosure Baring Service(DBS).
However, the most important fact is they will deliver care to the level that we would expect for our own relatives and friends. That way we know we have got it right.
